The CAM Team acted as lender’s legal counsel to Union Bank of India in relation to providing lease rental discounting term loan facilities to Embassy Industrial Parks Private Limited (a Blackstone controlled entity) for an amount up to INR 354 crores in relation to warehouse projects situated at Chakan, Pune and INR 175 crores in relation to warehouse project situated at Bilaspur, Haryana for repayment of existing loans, meeting transaction expenses in relation to the Projects, development of warehouse projects and other general corporate purposes.
