We acted as legal counsel to Avenir for its subscription to Series F CCPS of Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Private Limited and its acquisition of Zetwerk’s secondary shares, i.e., Series A CCPS from Kae Capital Fund II and Equity Shares from Ms. Sharanya N Haridas, Mr. Amrit Acharya, Mr. Rahul Sharma, Ms. TV Lalitha, Mr. Vishal Chaudhary and Ms. Vijaya Saradhi Peri.
Other participants in the Series F funding round include D1 Capital Partners, Steadview Capital Mauritius Limited, Greenoaks Capital MS LP- Gotham Light and Power III Series, IIFL Monopolistic Market Intermediaries Fund, IIFL Special Opportunities Fund Series 8, IIFL Monopolistic Market, Intermediaries Fund.
