Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised BofA Securities India Limited (“Broker”) which acted as the broker for sale of 18,628,906 equity shares of FSN Ecommerce Ventures Limited., comprising 18,446,200 equity shares held by Lighthouse India Fund III, Limited and 182,706 Shares held by Lighthouse India III Employee Trust, by way of a share sale on the screen based trading platform of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This comprised a sale of 2.04% stake by Lighthouse in the Company for a reported aggregate amount of INR 3,357 million (approx. USD 41 million).
