Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised BofA Securities India Limited (“Broker”) which acted as the broker for sale of 29,350,000 equity shares of One 97 Communications Limited (“Company”) by SVF India Holdings (Cayman) Limited (“SoftBank”) by way of a share sale on the screen based trading platform of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This comprised a sale of 4.5% stake by SoftBank in the Company for a reported aggregate amount of USD 200 million (INR 16,308,914,500 or INR 16,309 million).
