Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal advisor to Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) and to IIFL Asset Management on investment in CleverTap. The total amount raised by CleverTap in the Series D funding round by CDPQ, IIFL and the existing investors is USD 105 million.
