We advised Cube Highways Trust (“Cube Trust”), a privately placed infrastructure investment trust (acting through its Investment Manager, Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited), its Sponsors, Cube Highways and Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. (“CH-I”) and Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte. Ltd. (“CH-III”), and the Selling Unitholders, CH-I, CH-III and Cube Highways and Infrastructure II Pte. Ltd., on the initial offer and listing of ordinary units aggregating to ₹52,258.27 million by the Cube Trust (“Offer”). Citigroup Global Capital Markets India Private Limited and J.P. Morgan India Private Limited were the placement agents for the Offer.
