Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust sponsored by Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Limited

We acted as the sole legal counsel to Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust (“Trust”), the infrastructure investment trust sponsored by Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Limited (“Sponsor”). The transaction involved conversion of the Trust from a private unlisted InvIT to a private listed InvIT and the consequent listing of 1,949,466,821 units of the Trust on BSE Limited. This is the first listing of the units of a private unlisted InvIT, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 dated February 14, 2023.
