We advised India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) , a public listed infrastructure investment trust on the proposed acquisition of majority units held by Terra Asia Holdings II Pte. Ltd.(“Terra”) in Virescent Renewable Energy Trust (“VRET”). IndiGrid also proposes to acquire the investment manager and project manager entities of VRET. The transaction is subject to conditions being fulfilled, as applicable.
