We acted as legal advisors to Goldman Sachs in its investment in InsuranceDekho and advised on the diligence, transaction documents and various insurance regulatory aspects including drafting / review of applications to be filed pursuant to the IRDAI (Transfer of Equity Shares of Insurance Companies) Regulations, 2015, for obtaining IRDAI’s approval for the proposed investment by Goldman Sachs, and analysed the IRDAI approval.
