We advised J.P. Morgan India Private Limited which acted as the broker for sale of 230,000,000 equity shares of Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd. by way of a share sale on the screen based trading platform of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This comprised a sale of 3.4% stake by Sumitomo Wiring Systems in the Company for a reported aggregate amount of Rs. 16,123 million (approx. USD 195 million).
