We advised the underwriters, namely Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Securities Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited, J.P Morgan India Private Limited and Kotak Securities Limited on the recent initial public offering of equity shares undertaken by Mankind Pharma Limited, India’s fourth largest pharmaceutical company in terms of domestic sales. This is India’s largest IPO so far in 2023.
