We acted as the Indian Legal Counsel to the Nexus Select Trust, its Manager (Nexus Select Mall Management Private Limited), its Sponsor (Wynford Investments Limited, an affiliate of Blackstone) and the Blackstone Selling Unitholders in connection with the initial public offering of the Units of the Nexus Select Trust aggregating to Rs. 32,000.00 million, comprising of a fresh issuance and an offer for sale by the Selling Unitholders. This is India’s first REIT in the retail sector.
