Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan’Board in its proposed purchase of 30% stake in Mahindra Group’s renewable energy platform Mahindra Susten. It is also proposed that Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board and Mahindra Susten will set up an infrastructure investment trust, comprising renewable power assets developed by Mahindra Susten with operational capacities of about 1.54 GWp.
