Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel for Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd and the founders Mr. Brahmanand Hegde, and Mr. Ramakrishna Nishtala as Warburg Pincus LLC has agreed to acquire a majority stake of Vistaar, an NBFC lending to NBFCs in India.
