Anand Jayachandran

Anand has more than 15 years of experience at the firm’s offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru advising clients on complex M&A and general corporate matters. He specialises in public market transactions and has extensively advised on acquisition and restructuring transactions involving listed entities.

Anand has advised reputed Indian and international companies in relation to change of control transactions, private equity investments, exits and restructurings in sectors including retail, ITES, FMCG, alcobev, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and financial services. He provides sound and insightful counsel on general corporate and commercial matters, and is experienced in providing transactional and regulatory advice to clients in regulated industries.

The RSG India Law Centre’s 2015 Report cites Anand as a client-recommended lawyer with a very thorough approach while preparing matters and offering advice.

Anand joined the Firm in July, 2007 and is an alumnus of the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.
