She has also represented several marquee investors on various private equity investments. Over the last few years, she has been extensively involved in the setting up and listing of real estate investment trusts.

Advised Embassy Office Parks REIT in relation to its IPO.
Advised Nexus Select Trust in relation to its IPO.
Advised NDR Warehousing Trust in relation to its initial offer.
Advised Blackstone on the sale of certain commercial real estate projects to the Embassy Office Parks REIT.
Represented various private equity investors including, Warburg Pincus, Premji Invest, TPG Growth Capital etc. on various IPO exits from their Indian portfolio companies.
