Raunak Dhillon

Raunak has over ten years of experience with expertise in commercial, infrastructure and real estate disputes, criminal and white collar litigation, insolvency litigation and arbitration.

Raunak has represented various domestic and international companies in various landmark cases before the Supreme Court such as cancellation of the allocation of coal blocks and the 2G spectrum case. He regularly appears and argues before various courts and is an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India.

Professional Experience

• Represented Mr. Ram Jethmalani in his writ petition seeking to bring back ‘black money’ stashed in tax havens.
• Repersented Mr. Avnish Bajaj, CEO of Ebay India Pvt. before the Supreme Court in a petition seeking quashing of criminal proceedings initiated against him and Mr. Ratan Tata in his petition before the Supreme Court claiming his right to privacy.
• Advised and appeared for the committee of administrators appointed by Supreme Court for implementation of reforms in BCCI.
• Representing the Resolution Professional of ESSAR and Ruchi Soya in disputes arising out of their respective Corporate Insolvency Resolution process.
