Professional Experience

• Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) in setting up of a 50:50 joint venture with a French multinational energy company Total S.A. (Total) to house 2.148 GW of operating solar projects across 11 states in India.
• Essel Corporate LLP and Cyquator Media Services Private Limited, the promoters of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (Zee), in relation to sale of their minority stake in Zee to OFI Global China Fund, LLC off-market and other investors
• Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited acquisition of 75% stake in Krishnapatanam Port Company Limited.
• Equistone Partners Europe Limited’s acquisition of Moody’s Analystics Knowledge Centre from Moody’s Corporation.
• Aditya Birla Capital Limited in raising INR 2100 crore from the Promoter company (Grasim Industries), Advent, Premji Invest and others.| Adani Gas Limited sold 37.4% stake to Total Holdings SAS.
• Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Limited (RIIHL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, entering into an agreement with a Brookfield entity for the proposed investment by Brookfield by the Tower Infrastructure Trust comprising of the tower infrastructure business of Reliance Jio.
