Ruetveij Pandya

Ruetveij has extensively worked as transactional counsel in a law firm and as an in-house counsel in the global financial services industry over the past 17 years.

He specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, transaction & business structuring and has a rich experience in the financings and the international capital markets space.

Prior to joining the firm, Ruetveij was an Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel with J.P. Morgan, where he provided cross jurisdictional legal coverage to J.P. Morgan’s global private equity and principal investments groups as well as its investment banking franchise.

Ruetveij has worked closely with banking and management teams in a variety of situations and has contributed towards the formulation of several innovative and novel structures, strategies and solutions. He also brings with him a rather unique experience of overseeing complete investment cycles and exits.
