She has advised  and acted  for  several multilateral  institutions, international lenders   and  international development banks and various contractors, sponsors and project developers on various aspects of financing transactions.

 

Professional Experience

Roads

  • Advising investors on the proposed financial assistance to be granted to special purpose vehicles of Cube Highways and Infrastructure Pte Ltd in relation to Bundle-3 of TOT projects offered by the National Highways Authority of India.
  • International Finance Corporation on the financing being availed by an Infrastructure Investment Trust (lnviT) for financing the road assets, which is the first external commercial borrowing being raised by an lnviT in India.
  • Standard Chartered Bank in relation to the financing of the Lucknow-Raebareli Road Project being developed by Essel Lucknow Raebareli ToLL Roads Private Limited.
  • ICICI Bank Limited on the foreign currency facility being provided to Dehradhun Highways Project for financing the Haridwar-Dehradun section of National Highway No. 58 and 72 in the State of Uttarakhand.

Infrastructure and Project Finance (Multilaterals and DFI)

  • International Finance Corporation and Asian Development Bank in relation to the financing of a 5×20 MW solar power plant in the State of Rajasthan being developed by ACME Group.
  • International Finance Corporation and Asian Development Bank on the financing of sewage treatment plants in Kolkata.
  • International Finance Corporation on the financing of sewage treatment plants in Kolkata.
  • International Finance Corporation and HDFC Bank on the financing being availed by a renewable energy developer for a solar project in Rajasthan.
  • International Finance Corporation, Societe de Promotion et de Participation pour La Cooperation Economique, Oesterreichische Entwicklungsbank AG and Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. on the largest solar rooftop debt financing transaction in India which was availed by the Azure Group, and is also the first financing provided by multilateral institutions, development financial institutions and international banks, in the solar rooftop space in India.
