Saurav Samaddar has over 10 years of experience in Private Equity and M&A transactions focusing on the financial services sector and is a part of the Firm’s Financial Institutions Group.

He has worked extensively with the Firm’s marquee PE clients including Blackstone, CPPIB and Morgan Stanley as well as well large corporate houses, promoters and financial institutions.

• Advised Blackstone in relation to its acquisition of retail and commercial assets from Prestige Group.
• Advised Navi Financial Services Group in it’s acquisition of DHFL General Insurance.
• Advised LeapFrog Investments in its investments in Northern Arc Capital.
• Advised Qatar Investment Authority in its investment in Byju’s Learning.
• Advised Morgan Stanley in its investment in iBus Networks.
• Advised Biocon Biologics in its fund raise from Goldman Sachs.
• Advised Ramky Enviro in various corporate and regulatory matters.
