She has advised a wide range of clients including promoters of some of the foremost business groups in India, leading professionals and executives, entrepreneurs and start-ups, family offices, and trustees.
Shaishavi also regularly advises on the law relating to charities and non-profits. She has advised individuals and corporates on establishment of charitable/non-profit entities (such as public trusts, societies, and section 8 companies), and on the corporate social responsibility (CSR) regime in India. She also advises charitable/non-profit entities on restructuring, and on receiving foreign contributions under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010.
