Sharada Ramachandra

Her work experience and specialization are primarily in the areas of private equity and strategic investments, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and general corporate advisory matters. She has worked across a wide variety of sectors such as manufacturing, e-commerce and retail, technology enabled services, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, NBFC and fintech, and insurance, on both advisory and transactional work.

Her work experience includes representing domestic and foreign investors/acquirers and Indian companies in relation to investments and acquisitions in India and exits from India; advising on India leg of global transactions, advising Indian clients on investments outside India and performing a turnkey role as liaison for all external and foreign advisors required for the transaction.

As a qualified company secretary (CS), she also has considerable experience in the general corporate advisory practice area, advising various Indian companies on continued compliances under various Indian legislations (particularly the Companies Act in India) and transaction/restructuring specific compliances.
