• Advised Amazon on its investment in Delvit Solutions Private Limited, an entity engaged in developing point of sales software
• Advised Equinox on its acquisition of GPX Global, a data centre operator.
• Advised Warburg Pincus on the India leg of its acquisition of Indecomm and its investment in Rivigo.
• Advised KKR in its investment in Ramky Enviro Engineers, India’s largest waste management company.
• Advised Sequoia in its investments in Five Star Business Finance (a non-banking financial entity), Wobot (an AI based tech solutions provider) and LaRenon (a pharmaceuticals manufacturer).
• Advised Falcon Edge on its investments in Stanza Living (a co-living service provider), Avail Finance (a lending platform), Cuemath and Classplus (edtech companies).
• Advised Dealshare, a social ecommerce platform, in multiple rounds of funding from investors such as Falcon Edge, Tiger Global, Westbridge.
