Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust (“Anzen Trust”), a privately placed infrastructure investment trust (acting through its Investment Manager, Edelweiss Real Assets Managers Limited) and its Sponsor, Sekura Energy Private Limited, on the initial offer of units aggregating to ₹7,500 million by the Anzen Trust (“Issue”). Axis Capital Ltd., Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited and Edelweiss Financial Services Limited were the lead managers for the Issue.
