Advised HCC group in their sales of Baharampore Farakka Highways Limited and Farakka Raiganj Highways Limited to Cube Highways and Infrastructure Pte Ltd.
Advised Greenko group in its acquisition of the wind energy portfolio of the Skeiron Group.
Advised Yinson Renewables in its acquisition of the solar energy portfolio of Rising Sun Energy.
Advised Larsen & Toubro Infotech in the amalgamation of Mindtree Limited into Larsen & Toubro Infotech.
Advised the J&J group on the demerger of its consumer health business in India.
