Manan heads the Capital Markets practice of the Firm.

He is qualified to practice in both England and Wales, and India.

He has advised on some of the largest and prestigious Indian transactions in the domestic and international capital markets, including the largest public offering, and largest ‘block sale’.  He also provides general advice on securities law matters to leading domestic and international investment banks in India.

In addition, Manan’s practice includes providing advice on pre-offering corporate restructuring, corporate governance and other corporate and securities law matters.

Manan has been recognized as a leading capital markets lawyer in India and consistently included in the top tier by several independent surveys and directories.
