Vivek Rathore

Vivek has over 10 years of experience and has been part of the project and project finance practice group with a special emphasis on Infrastructure Projects.

He focuses on project development and has advised clients on public procurement and tendering and bidding, EPC contracts (including FIDIC), concession agreements, tolling agreements, O&M agreements, and other project contracts in the ports, telecom, mining, roads and urban infrastructure sectors. He has also advised clients on project financing in the telecom, conventional power, ports, mining, steel and oil & gas sectors, including on matters relating to stressed asset resolution.
