Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Indian Highway Concessions Trust, an unlisted InvIT, and its sponsor, Maple Highways Pte Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of CDPQ Infrastructures Asia Pte. Ltd., which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) on its initial offer of units aggregating up to ₹ 9,100 million.
