We advised Banyantree in relation to the sale of it’s entire stake in the Company to Narayana group . As part of this Transaction, parties executed a share purchase agreement dated May 24, 2023 whereby equity shares and compulsory convertible debentures held by Banyantree were sold to Narayana group. The exit package including indemnity package was negotiated at length in light of the limited fund life of the our Client.
