We advised a consortium of 4 banks and financial institutions (“Lenders”) led by State Bank of India in connection with the financial assistance availed for an aggregate amount of INR 10,100,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand One Hundred Crore only) by Cube Highways Trust (“Borrower”). This is the largest InvIT financing transaction yet in India.
