Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the Indian legal counsel to Five-Star Business Finance Limited, an NBFC-ND-SI providing secured business loans to micro-entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals, on their initial public offering of 33,617,061 equity shares of face value of ₹1 each aggregating to ₹15,934.49 million through an offer for sale (“Offer”). ICICI Securities Limited, Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, KOTAK MAHINDRA CAPITAL COMPANY LIMITED and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited acted as the book running lead managers to the Offer.
