He regularly advises and represents tech companies on the regulatory framework, as well as before law enforcement authorities and various judicial forums pertaining to issues of TDRs, IPR, etc. He has represented private and public corporations before various judicial fora and in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations in a wide range of disputes with respect to infrastructure and real estate industry, shareholders agreement, partnership deed, license agreements, land acquisition etc.

- Represented Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp in tech litigation pertaining to take down requests, intellectual property matters, writs and policy related matters before various judicial forums and law enforcement authorities.
- Represented C-Net Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in a tech-arbitration and obtained favourable award for the client.
- Represented Vikram Bakshi and Bakshi Holdings in objecting to enforcement of an LCIA arbitral award before Delhi High Court.
- Represented Kal Airways and Kalanithi Maran in challenge to domestic arbitral award before the Delhi High Court.
- Represented Jolen Inc. in enforcement of a ICC award before the Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court.
- Representing GE T&D India Ltd., a leading player in power transmission and distribution infrastructure business, in several arbitrations and advising it in several ongoing contracts with employers in India and abroad.
- Representing NHPC Ltd, a Government of India undertaking several arbitrations (ICC administered and DIAC administered) and multiple proceedings related to challenge to the arbitral awards before the Delhi High Court. Disputes pertain to infrastructure development contracts awarded for hydroelectric and solar power plant projects in U.T of Jammu and Kashmir, State of West Bengal, Assam and Kerala wherein the sum in dispute is in excess of INR 5000 Crores.
- Representing Ircon International Limited, a Govt. of India undertaking in multiple arbitrations and ancillary litigations wherein the subject matter was delay in completion of tunnel infrastructure projects for the Udhampur-Katra-Quazikund-Baramulla Railway line, (biggest project for the construction of the mountain railways infrastructure in India). The Project has been declared as a project of National Importance by the Govt. of India.
- Representing Reliance Communications Infrastructure Ltd as a Claimant an arbitration against BSNL wherein the dispute is arising out of an operations and maintenance contract for providing rural mobile communication services in the states of Himachal Pradesh and Assam. Sum involved in the dispute is around INR 100 Crores.
- Representing JSC Pharmasyntez, a Russian drug manufacturing company in a Delhi seated international commercial arbitration against an Indian company. The claim is for damages caused due to non-performance of the obligations to procure government approvals and conduct clinical trials of a drug developed in Russia.
- Representing Fresenius Medical Care India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned Indian subsidiary of leading German medical equipment manufacturing company in multiple arbitration proceedings seated in Delhi and Hyderabad. Disputes pertain to breach of obligations to the equipment lease and consumables sale agreements.
- Represented Powerica Ltd. in the transfer proceedings before the Supreme Court seeking transfer of proceedings pending before Bangalore District Court to Bombay High Court.
- Advised Brahma Centre Development Pvt. Ltd. on complete dispute resolution strategy which involved representing the client before the arbitral tribunal and other judicial forums such as Punjab and Haryana High Court and Haryana and RERA.
- Advised AESSEAL PLC, a renowned UK Company, in arbitration and litigation proceedings related to an asset purchase agreement in India.
- Represented Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) in the arbitration pertaining to a dispute in relation to delay of construction of two Gas Turbine Power Stations in Oman.
- Represented Carrier before the Punjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court in Writ Petition against a land acquisition order.
- Advised and represented the Embassy of Congo in India and Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in lease-related arbitration disputes.
