Ravindra Bandhakavi has more than 20 years of experience, and is part of the general corporate practice group with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions.

He has worked with and advised leading private equity/financial sponsor clients including CDPQ, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Everstone, GIC, Macquarie and Fidelity. He has also worked extensively with multi-lateral agencies like International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank, Proparco, DEG, and BII on their equity investments in India and rest of South Asia. He is actively involved with investors looking at early stage to late stage investments as well as M&A transactions across various sectors including renewables, infratructure, financial services, e-commerce, real estate and manufacturing.
