Sharan is also qualified to be company secretary, certified by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Sharan has advised and represented Indian and overseas clients in cases before various jurisdictions on an end to end basis including representation in variety of matters as an arguing counsel. He has also represented central government bodies and appeared on their behalf in land acquisition and constitutional matters. Sharan also represents clients in labour disputes, oppression and mismanagement disputes, matters under the SARFAESI Act, mergers and amalgamations, corporate commercial litigations and arbitrations.
With the advent of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”), Sharan has represented and advised and argued matters for private banks, public sector banks and other non-banking financial institutions for filings made under the Code in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
