Advised Sunsure Energy and its founders on the committed investment of USD 400 million by Partners Group in Sunsure’s renewable energy platform.
Advised L&T on the sale of their mutual fund business to HSBC.
Advised Hinduja Global Solutions Limited on the sale of their healthcare business processing and management services business undertaken in India and offshore to Baring Private Equity Asia for an enterprise value of USD 1.2 billion.
Advised Bharti on the demerger of their general insurance business to ICICI Lombard General Insurance.
Advised Pharmeasy on the acquisition of 100% stake in Medlife (an e-commerce pharmacy).
Advised Greenko Energy Holdings (GEH) in relation to the GEH’s acquisition of the wind power SPVs of Orix in exchange of Orix acquiring certain stake in GEH.
