Advised Amazon on its investment in Delvit Solutions Private Limited, an entity engaged in developing point of sales software
Advised Equinox on its acquisition of GPX Global, a data centre operator.
Advised Warburg Pincus on the India leg of its acquisition of Indecomm and its investment in Rivigo.
Advised KKR in its investment in Ramky Enviro Engineers, India’s largest waste management company.
Advised Sequoia in its investments in Five Star Business Finance (a non-banking financial entity), Wobot (an AI based tech solutions provider) and LaRenon (a pharmaceuticals manufacturer).
Advised Falcon Edge on its investments in Stanza Living (a co-living service provider), Avail Finance (a lending platform), Cuemath and Classplus (edtech companies).
Advised Dealshare, a social ecommerce platform, in multiple rounds of funding from investors such as Falcon Edge, Tiger Global, Westbridge.
