Uday Khare

Uday has rich experience in Projects, Project Finance, Banking and Public Private Partnerships, and advises Indiaâs leading corporate and financial institutions, governments and public sector enterprises.

Uday has extensive experience of working in the aviation sector, having previously advised Mumbai International Airport Private Limited on various aspects of the airport implementation, lenders and investors to Bangalore International Airport Limited, etc. He has previously worked with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. from 2006–2011 and International Finance Corporation (IFC) from 2013-2015.

Professional Experience

Airports Authority of India (AAI) on the Regional Connectivity Scheme launched in October 2016.
AAI with respect to structuring a new form of concession for the operation and maintenance of the Ahmedabad and Jaipur airports.
