Vishak specializes in private equity/venture capital investments, private mergers & acquisitions, and strategic joint ventures.

His 16+ years of practice includes advising clients on entry and exit strategies in complex private transactions. He brings to the table his experience of not only structuring and closing numerous investor driven transactions, but also of undertaking the complex negotiation of promoter/ sell-side requirements.

While sector agnostic, he has significant experience in real estate, financial services, education, and infrastructure.

He has been a visiting faculty at the NLSIU (Bangalore), and a guest lecturer at the DSNLU (Vishakhapatnam).
